What does the Board do?
The Board is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting. It manages the Coolamon Rovers business as set out under the Club Constitution, supported by several sub-committees. Any Official Member of the Club can stand for election on the Board. If you’re not an Official Member ($5 a year), you should join up as the more members we have, the better our chances are of attracting external grants to continue to improve our facilities.
When does the Board meet?
The Board usually meets the third Monday of the month. A General Meeting, open to all Official Members, is held prior to the Board meeting in April, June and August, and is used to report on Club activities, make suggestions and raise any issues that may be impacting on the Club.
