Player Registration

Registration costs are pretty much the same as 2023.  As always, all registration costs are charged on a part cost recovery basis only. 

Please read through all the information carefully and look for the links to register below.

Please note

There are important changes to the NSW Government’s (now called) Active and Creative Kids program.  The value of the vouchers has reduced, and the Government has also introduced strict means tested eligibility criteria to access it.

You have two options.

You can choose to register without using the voucher immediately (either because you are ineligible or because you’ll use the voucher for another sport).

Or, if you are eligible, you can apply for the voucher code by following the steps below BEFORE your register, using the number they provide back to you to claim the discount during the registration process.

TO ACCESS YOUR ACTIVE AND CREATIVE KIDS CODE (apologies for all the steps)

Please visit your Service NSW Account page https://account.service.nsw.gov.au/

Once logged in, scroll down to Quick Links and click on ‘Find a Voucher’.

Then click on ‘Apply for an Active and Creative Kids’ Voucher. Follow the instructions and when it comes to search for provider, type in

‘Coolamon Rovers Football Club Inc.’

Once you have finished that part of the process, you should email clubhelp@afl.com.au with your child/children’s details, voucher details and what Club they are playing for.

Club Help will email you back with a code that you can then use during the registering process to claim your $50 discount.

Similarly, when registering for Netball, if the Hoppers are not your Primary Club, the system will automatically calculate the reduced charge for you.

All players must be registered before they can play.
